Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

UK Delivery
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
Express delivery: 1–2 business days

International Delivery
We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing times. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Return Policy
We want you to love your Hide & Heir piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items when there is a product defect or manufacturing fault. This needs to be communicated to our teams within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
